By downloading or purchasing a Printed Peony template or Premade Printable you are agreeing to these Terms of Use.

All Printed Peony templates and Premade Printables are for the PERSONAL use of the purchaser only, – there is strictly NO Commercial Use allowed (this includes Party Planners, Resellers etc).

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer the copyright. Copyright of all printable templates sold on this site belongs to The Printed Peony.

You May Not

• distribute my Printable Templates to anyone else via download on another website, by email, flash drive, cd-rom or any other file-sharing method.

• use my Printable Templates for Commercial or Business Use (this includes Party Planners or resellers).

• sell or resell my Printable Templates in whole or in part in either digital or printed format.

• copy any of my Printable Templates (in whole or in part) and claim it as your own work.

• extract any part of my Printable Templates and use them for your own work or in your own designs.

• host a copy of my products from your own website.

• alter any part of my Printable Templates including colors and backgrounds.

• remove or cover up my name and/or website information on my Printable Templates.

• reuse, reproduce, republish or resell any of the digital items contained on this website. This includes, but is not limited to, any graphics, content, photos, preview images, tutorials and any downloaded products.

• claim any artwork/graphics as your own, either altered or unaltered.

• link directly to any downloadable product on this site. You may link to the product page only.
